If you cancel your subscription before the end of the service period, you will be refunded for the remaining full months. For example, if you subscribed from January 1 to June 30 for $60 and cancel on February 15, you will be refunded $40 for March, April, May, and June.

These services often necessitate the use of third-party tools and subscriptions, such as those for Google or Meta Ads, which are integral to our client campaigns. Due to these external dependencies, refunds for these services are typically non-refundable. If you have concerns about the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of service commencement to discuss your issues.

Multiple Service Purchases
If you have purchased multiple services, only the affected service will be refunded. The amount will be
determined by the invoice. For example, if you paid $500 for web development (worth $300) and logo design (worth $200)
services, and you are eligible for a full refund for the logo design service, you will receive $200. The amount for each service will
be detailed in the invoice, and refunds will be processed according to that invoice. For any technical issues,
please contact us so that we have the opportunity to resolve them.
Refund Request Process
Once you are eligible, request a refund from the member area of our site. We will initiate the refund process
within three business days. The refund amount will be determined by the type of service. Or you can write

We are unable to process any refund in the following cases
- You do not need the end product* of the service anymore.
- You asked for a refund after 7 days of project delivery
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the end product.
- You do not have required software/environment/server to use the end product.
- * The end product means the final deliverable of a service, such as a completed website, mobile app, or graphic design (e.g. a logo), which is intended for the client's use.
